We believe that all children and families deserve opportunities for a high quality life, including access to good health care, education, living environment and employment.
To this end, we envision that through our efforts, we will facilitate services and programs that aid children and families who are socially or economically disadvantaged to achieve a quality lifestyle in Wilmington and the surrounding areas within New Hanover County.
